SOFT VoIP SERVICE

• Getting Started:

  1. Download and Install SJ Labs Voice over IP Software. Available on our web site.

  2. Configured the program as per configuration menu below*.

  3. Log in to MyAccount at http://voip.foneca.com using the username and password provided by Foneca. Once you have logged in, you are able to set up your voicemail and feature preferences. A printable version of the feature guide is available on your Welcome Page for future reference.

  4. Begin making VoIP calls.

  *Configuration Menu The following information will walk you through the installation and configuration of your new VoIP service.

  Getting Started:

  1. Open the software.

  2. Click on options.

  3. Choose profile, New

  4. Profile Name – enter your user name, Click OK

  5. Under Sip proxy

  Proxy domain – enter "usa.sip.foneca.com" : "5060"
  User domain – enter "usa.sip.foneca.com"

  Click OK

  6. Under Initialize

  account: enter your Foneca Voip user name
  password: enter your Foneca Voip password

  Click OK

  7. Click Use. Click OK

  Experiencing problems?

  Can’t Connect

  • Make sure you enter "1" in front of the telephone number you wish to dial.

  SIP not registered

  • Make sure your firewall is set to allow the internet connections.

  • Make sure your proxy domain is "5060"
